Ingredients
Chocolate cookie dough (AP flour, cooca powder, baking soda, salt, butter, egg, brown sugar, granulated sugar )
Raspberry filliing (whipped cream cheese, raspberries, powdered sugar)
Heart shaped cookie cutter
Directions
Roll out and cut cookie dough:
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
Roll the cookie dough between two pieces of parchment paper or on a lightly floured surface until 1/4 inch thick and cut out cookies with a 2-inch heart shaped cookie cutter.
Bake and assemble sandwiched cookies:
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cookies will be soft at first, but harden as they cool.
Once cooled so you're confident they won't break, spread 1 teaspoon of raspberry filling onto half of the cookies and sandwich together with the remaining cookies. Serve to your favorite Valentine and enjoy!
